The Mission of iLearn Schools’ Pathway to College (PTC) Program is to prepare students in 7th to 12th grades to become well-rounded individuals by actively following their interests, diversifying their experiences, and getting more education.
Pathway to College Program (PTC) is designed to help qualified students to improve their academic and social skills, support personal development and enrich education with extracurricular activities.
Students who commit to the PTC program will be engaged in a systematic process that guides, recognizes, and rewards their progress. The program encourages activities such as academic competitions, college trips, and excursions.
Once students successfully register for the PTC program, they will be asked to select an advisor. If the selected advisor is unavailable, students will be assigned to other advisors by the school PTC Coordinator. PTC students collaborate with a PTC advisor to develop actionable goals across four PTC areas:
Students will be awarded certificates at an awards ceremony held at the end of the school year. Completing the requirements for PTC and taking advantage of educational and experiential opportunities allow students to build stronger portfolios for their future careers.
